Open a capture

Load what MONITOR printed: run redis-cli MONITOR > monitor.txt or valkey-cli MONITOR > monitor.txt for a few seconds and stop it with Ctrl-C. Captures from Redis 2.6 to 8.10 and Valkey 7.2 to 9.1 work, and files of any size are read in steps.
